All services on TopSMM.in are digital social media marketing services. No physical product is shipped; your order is delivered online to the public link or username you submit. This policy explains how delivery works.
How Delivery Works
- You place an order with a public link, quantity and service.
- The order is sent automatically to the service network for processing.
- Delivery starts and the status changes to In progress.
- When the full quantity is delivered, the status changes to Completed.
Start Time & Speed
- Each service shows its start time and speed (for example: Start 0–10 minutes, Speed 1K–2K/day) in the service description.
- Most services start within a few minutes; some take longer depending on quantity and service type.
- When servers are busy, start time and speed can be slower than usual — your order stays in the queue and will be delivered.
Delivery Types
Order Tracking

Your Responsibilities
- Keep the account public and counters visible until the order is completed.
- Submit the correct link in the format shown in the service description.
- Do not place another order on the same link until the first one is completed.
- Do not change the username or delete the post during delivery.
Orders affected by private accounts, deleted posts or changed usernames are marked Completed without refund.
Delays
Delivery can be delayed by social media platform updates, high demand or temporary service issues. If your order has not started within the time shown in the service description, message us on Telegram (@masterofsmmpanel_in) with your Order ID and we will check it.
Delivery Area
Our services are delivered online and can be used from anywhere in the world. Some services target specific countries (for example, Indian or Brazilian audiences) — this is written in the service name or description.
After Delivery
Some drop is natural on social media. Refill-eligible services can be refilled within their refill period — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Refill rules.
